Health and Safety
-Be careful with what plastic you use with food. Make sure it is food safe. PLA can be considered safe for food use.
1- The dyes in 3D printed plastics may not be food safe and may leech into the food in contact with the food for a prolonged period of time. To eliminate the risk, use a dye less filament or one that has dyes labeled as safe for use with food or ensure that the dyed filament does not leech into the food.
2- Make sure to wash properly as 3D printed parts have many small layers that make it important to clean.
