I liked this model but wanted a bit of a different mechanism to hold it together so I reworked it with a threaded shaft and nut.  I also merged the shaft+ratchet+handle together into one single part.  I printed it on an mk3s with a 0.6mm nozzle @ 0.20mm and the thread/nut works great.  I also included another (untested) shaft that should have looser threads.  Please let me know if you happen to try it.

thread tips:

1. post print, make sure you clean up the part with a stiff brush or heat gun before screwing on the nut to ensure no debris
2. thread the nut on and off a bunch of times to make the threads move freely
3. a TINY, TINY amount of lubricant (ie: bearing lube) can make the nut buttery smooth if need be
