A remix of the very nice model iPlug by KMS by KERLE MAKERSPACE optimized for uvex x-fit earplugs

For the joint you need a 15 mm long piece of 1,75 mm filament.

Changes to original model
-shortend by 5,7 mm
-changed ratio between lid and body to get a bigger stick out
-haptic feedback on the lid
-small changes at the inner of lid
-reduced top and bottom thickness by 0,6 mm
-thickened the upper part of the lock
-increased clearance in the joint
-changed joint hole geometry of the body

Assembly

It is recommended to file the surface where the lock engages as shown on the photo below.
