This is my simple solution for a broken hinge of a fly screen door, printed in PETG for better stability. Might also work in PLA for colder climates.

Printed at 100% infill with 0.15mm layer height. The part with the protruding cylinder needs support only under said cylinder, so adjust your slicer accordingly .Additional 3mf files can be edited for different sizes and use cases.
