I have printed out the Stackable Battery Holders Improved for most of my batteries, and they are great! My few D's felt so left out, and no one should be left out because of their size, right?
So I present to you my quick hack of the Stackable Battery Holders Improved for D batteries. It is just a scaled up version of the C battery holder with the 'C' replaced with 'D'.
I only have a few D batteries so I have no need for the extender, but I've scaled the extender anyway.
The 'D' label is new, so the orientation is different from the rest. Please print it face down.
As with the other holders, support is needed for the base as well as the extender cover (since the tab is now larger), but I haven't printed the extender myself.
Forgot to mention: since it was scaled from a C holder, you probably need some fatter screws to mount it. (I didn't fix the scale of the screw holes in the back ;) )

How I Designed This
Scaling from C to D
I looked up the List of battery sizes on Wikipedia, and scaled the C battery holder accordingly for D batteries: scaled its profile by 34.2/26.2, and its width by 61.5/50.
