This is probably my favorite hangboard.

The holds include

• Jugs 
• Slopers 
• Crimps
• Pockets 
• Pinches 

If you are going to be using this for training, be sure you use enough walls, infill, and top and bottom layers.

I like using the infill multiplier feature in cura for extra strength.

I do not recommend using PLA for prolonged use. It is not a load bearing material, can become brittle and break while you are using it.
