Came up with an idea and made a proof-of-concept.
There are still improvements to make, such as preventing powder clogging the headspace, making the dial bigger and adding more grip, covering the bolt so it does not interfere with holding hand.
Post-Printing
Insert the piston and dial first, insert the threaded bolt, and use superglue to glue the piston to the threaded bolt.
