Created an high capacity vane bit-holder as someone suggested with or without magnets from Alvomane design and a larger vane and vane-lid.

I fixed in Fusion 360 the small gap that was left from the tolerance between the two parts in the "joined" version. Now the two parts are properly fused together and don’t separate when using the hinge. If you had issues with the previous version, I recommend downloading this updated one

Added a new bits-holder for the vane location and a lid for the vane.

Talking of bits-holder…

Alvomane made a great remix of bits-holder: one with 55bits and one with 47bits and the magnetic/finger recesses.

Added a new model with holes for charger and top window.

The charging hole is 10x15 mm. The top window is 16x50 mm.

What I made and what I've changed

The shell of the case is from orax Pinecil case.

I made the new inserts for placing the Miniware ES15 taking inspiration from 3DP-MAMSIH.

Also taked the bits holder design, but i made also a version myself(alternative bits holder) I dind't tested it as I printed the one already made, but I think it will work.

I made a removable vain for placing screws and other components.

 

Assembly

The assembly process is the same as Orax Pinecil case.

There is a multipart version like in the photo and a joined version to print in one go.

Just print the version you like, assembly and then add a piece of 1.75 mm filament in the 
hinge mechanism to join the top and the bottom.

Like in the 3DP-MAMSIH, there are holes for 8ø x 3 mm magnets for keeping bits holder together.

Printing

I was able to print it on the Prusa mini+ orienting the pieces at 45 ° (taking advantage of the length of the diagonal ), removing the skirt and leaving the brim.

Print can take up to 3 / 4 hours.

For the accessories is the same, but you can use all the space of the printing bed. 

For printing material I used orange Prusament PETG and black generic PETG.
