If your roller shutter block crushes after many bumps you can print this one, or if you just need a longer/shorter one. The attached stl file is 20cm long with a hole for M5 nut and screw. I attached the source FreeCAD file so anyone can freely change the dimensions.

I suggest printing in flex materials like TPU, it should last longer.
