I first made this print to replace my broken turkey baster that I use to remove water from my plants' trays. I realized that it would be fun if I'd make it parametric so that everybody could repair their turkey basters if ever they stepped on it too. Imagine if you break it during the holidays and all the stores are closed!? I'm here to save the day! Of course, if you want to use this spout for food, you should use a filament that says “Food Safe” on the box, and your whole print head should be clean of debris from other filaments. Even then, the crevasses created by the printing process are a good place for germs to live…

I used two different perimeters for the spout so that you can play with the dimensions to make a pointier spout that reaches smaller spaces. For the other options you have, you will have to measure your old turkey baster and me mindful of your maximum printing volume.

FILE INSTRUCTIONS

To play with the parameters of this Turkey Baster Replacement, you need to open the .f3d file in Fusion 360. In the Modify menu, scroll down to fx Change Parameters, and voilà! All my parameters are there. To know which one is doing what, please refer to this cheat sheet:
