Descrição
I broke the frame of my glasses a few months ago, and I've been wearing this 3D printed frame since then.
I'm completely blind without glasses so being able to print my own frames make a big difference.
Fusion 360 files included so you can modify your design to fit your lenses.
Let me know on Twitter (@MongooseCurious) if you've made it!
Print instructions
To adapt to your own lenses, take some photographs of the frames parts and lenses on grid paper, and insert as a canvas in Fusion 360. Use this to trace the shape of the lenses, as you'll see I have done in the Fusion 360 model.
Print the parts as shown in the slicer screenshot, and pop them together. Carefully insert your lenses into the frame, they should fit tightly. It might take a few reprints to get just right.
I used PETG, but ASA could also work. I found that PLA deformed over time, making the glasses fall easily.
