I figure that most of us are sick of the QR cover on the front of the printer, especially when trying to take a photo of your first layer, going down like silk.  I wasn't really happy with any of the designs that I was seeing having a quick look, so I figured that I'd see if I could come up with something that I liked.

So, this was what I came up with.  It closely follows the profile of the stock housing, only I reduced the access for the end stop wire to just have a small notch to come out from (If we need more access, we can just pop the cover off, do what we need to do, and pop it back on)

I was also looking for a place to cable tie my wiring to for the hotend (the extruder setup I'm using works better with the wiring running in front of the gantree)  You may have a use for the mount as well.

It prints fine without supports, print the way the model is oriented, I printed at 0.24mm layer height, 10% Infill, 2 perimeters, but I'm sure that any settings you want to print with will work just fine.
