This tool is made to be as compact as possible and so it takes the level of detail the Prusa Mini with the 0.4mm nozzle can produce to the edge. 

Design

The features that are included are:

• Metric screw length rules
• Metric screw diameter gage
• Metric hex gage 
• Hex bit holder
• Bottle opener
• Phone stand
• Hole for keychain

In order to decrease the size of the tool I added the holes for the nuts on the bottom side of the print and made the bottom text recessed to avoid supports and the color change. In order to avoid supports I added a chamfer inside of the nut sockets.

The text on the bottom of the tool includes the screw's/nut's metric size above the hole and the standard thread pitch below it.

Instructions

Use 0.05mm layer height but use the variable layer height tool to make all layers that don't include text to 0.25mm. In order to make the text on the bottom side of the print easier to read I highly recommend setting the elephant foot compensation to 0.3 instead of the 0.2 default.

The G-code here includes these settings. The mf3 file can be edited and supports can be added.
