My brother in law needed this for a cosplay costume.  I didn't like the available hooks on thingiverse so I made my own using onshape.com.

Assembly: The hook screws into the cup.

Printing:

1. There is a handle inside the cup that you cannot see.  I recommend adding a little support under the handle, but not anywhere else. (support modifier included in the .3mf file)
2. The hook is strongest when printed in the horrizontal direction.  I recommend printing the version with the hook in two halves.  There are alignment holes which fit a clipped off piece of filament that make gluing very easy (super glue works great on pla).  When printing both haves at once I had to remove the skirt to get it to fit on the prusa mini. (skirt is already removed in .3mf file)

**Since I have had a few users making this into a standard pirate hook. I added another cup more fitting for a standard pirate costume. ( I didn't print this modified cup to test the fit and usability. I don't have time right now, but I did minimal edits to the file and I assume it will work)
