Stacking versions of Prusa Protective Face Shield - RC3

A prototype face shield that we developed. In three days, we went through dozens of prototypes and two verifications with the Czech Ministry of Health.

Provided G-codes are only for Original Prusa i3 MK3/S printers. Do not run the G-codes on other printers. Risk of damage.

We provided two options, including reinforcement parts:

• 4 pcs on the print bed (2 stacks, each with 2 headbands)
• 8 pcs on the print bed (2 stacks, each with 4 headbands)

We uploaded new 3MF files and G-codes that have increased infill in the spot, where the visor goes away from the headband. The STL file remains unchanged.

Print instructions

Supports are included in the model.
Print with at least 2 perimeters, and 5% infill. The model is optimized for a layer height of 0.25mm.

Print it from PETG, headbands from other material can be brittle with these print settings.
