In case you want a different size; use the bow tie without spring and bow tie spring models

import them both so they are both in the middle of the build plate, resize the bow tie without spring (do not change Z) and select both models and Merge them. And that is it

After Printing

The spring will probably still be stuck to the bow tie but not very well you can release it by prying it off with a small knife. It should still be connected with the cilinders on both sides, so pinch down on the cilinder when separating the spring to make sure it doesn't snap of.
