Design
The Annex Knife Block is designed to be modular, and configurable. 

The sheaths and base have a dovetail slot and snap system and the base has slots on both sides so that a sheath can be placed in either direction, allowing for knives to point all to one side or criss cross. 

Since the Annex Block can be broken down and slots for the knives are open on top and bottom this block is easy to keep clean. 

Customization
There are several Sheath and block sizes included, as well as the source files in both Fusion 360, and Step files, so that you can customize this design for any knife out there. 

Even if you've never used Fusion 360 this design is easily configurable using the “Change Parameters” menu item shown below.



Printing
All parts should print without the need for support.
With good bed adhesion, parts can be printed in the default orientation (angled) in order to fit longer sheath parts.
The block in the photos was printed with 0.2mm layers
