The original files designed by Sannyshine would always fail on the teeth and pistons when trying to print in Simplify3D.
After no joy in asking people for a fixed version I did it myself. It now prints fine with the piston in the jaw as one piece and all teeth are fused with no more floating.

Notes:
You should not use the standard supports but add supports manually for the pistons in the nose cavity or the leading edge wont print well.
Active cooling is advised.
