These screen corner parts are made for this type of extrusion.

They have been designed to fit whole if the screen needs replacing, or in parts if the screen is still good.

Both the whole piece replacement and the part inserts are printed in PETG for outdoor use. 0.2 mm/layer, 20% gyroid fill.

These corners replace degraded parts which fall apart over time.

The parts assembly include a grooved arm, a main piece and a key.  They are installed with either an outdoor silicon or similar product.  The cap (flat green piece) is glued on top of the fitted pieces.  It is separate so that there is no need for supports when printing.
