Designed as a variable storage space for the PARAT work case. For storing and sorting small parts and materials. Bottom and top are created for a freestanding binder. Each box closes with a lid. The lid closure is provided by the binder. The size of the box is optional, as is the setting of the dividers. Created in Autodesk Fusion 360.
Box size is set in the "Change Parameters" table. Partitions on/off Bodies.
Box width: 30-100 mm
Box depth: 30-100 mm
Box height: 20-100 mm
Box roundness: 3-10 mm
For a stand-alone binder, the setting is arbitrary.
For the PARAT case, a minimum width of 60mm is recommended.
The whole system is for small and light parts. In case of larger and heavier parts, the binder will not be strong enough.
The lid will expand the box by 4.3mm in width and depth and 1mm in height.
The binder will be 12mm wider against the box.
The boxes can be held in the binder with a magnet. There is a position in the binder to insert a magnet 6mm diameter and 3mm thick. There is a position on the box for sticking a washer with a maximum diameter of 10mm and a thickness of 1mm.
