This isn't really a remix... I just stole the OP's idea for the hole punch guide and then based it on Prusa's pictures. The differences between this and the original are:
1) The gap is 3mm wide
2) The holes are 6mm wide, which is perfect for 7/32 drill bits and fits perfectly in Prusa's face shield design.
3) I made it so it can be printed on any printer with a 126mm (basically any direction) wide build volume (although that version didn't work very well for me) or 250 mm wide (which works very well).
4) I minimized plastic used.
5) I removed the side walls so you can slide the plastic in (since the curve on the bottom is the same all around, it doesn't matter if you don't get it exactly centered)
6) I didn't worry about labeling anything... you can tell which is which by looking at them (the smaller with only 3 holes is for the bottom)
7) I've tested this, and it works, as you can tell by the picture (I drilled out the holes with this)
8) I didn't remake the guide for cutting the shape out. Use the original if you want that... or remake it so it doesn't use so much plastic (I don't know why it's fully filled in)

Note: If you don't like how thin the walls are, you can duplicate it and move the parts up 1 mm to double the thickness and still have 2 mm of gap, but I didn't need to.

Print instructions

The 3mf is how I printed it. The top part won't look the prettiest, but it works. I am following Prusa's lead and if you want to use this to make face shields, you can do so, but just don't charge more than double your material costs (unless you're going to donate the proceeds and/or makes to hospitals).
