I designed this thing to hang up my latest Lego acquisition, the very cool “Galaxy Explorer”. I felt flying was the best way to display it, but also I had no where else for it to land.

This is designed to be screwed into the ceiling and I do suggest using a longer screw so you can get sufficient purchase of the drywall above. Plaster isn't going to support any weight.

I created a single loop of wire that I passed through the two grooves in the top of the part, then screwed that to the ceiling. Then it was just a matter of carefully setting the model into the loops.

Printing Tips

1. Slicer file is just for example and site metrics. Please slice your own for best results.
2. Prints top down, no supports necessary or recommended.
