This design is based on kubik256's Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus Hardened Bed Corner. After printing I found that it was difficult to install on an assembled printer. So based on the design idea I struck out to design my own.

Features of the design:

• Retraction pockets for hammerhead nuts. Allows brace to be installed on column.
• Extraction slot to allow pulling hammerhead nuts back into pockets for disassembly.
• Solid brace for more support
• Brace design changed so that brace does not extend past the depth of the column.

(Will allow install on power supply column.)

• Sized for 240 mm bed size
• Bed support tabs version

(The bed will still require bed clamps.)

• Custom print supports so that slicer supports should not be necessary.
• Optional wire pass through

Parts to complete for each corner support:

• 4 - M4x20 mm screws and M4 hammerhead nuts for attachment to vertical column
• 4 - M5 or M4 x16 mm screws and M5 or M4 hammerhead nuts for attachment to bottom frame
