Replacement lamp clamp table mount for standard 1/2" shafts. Includes holes for wall or table mounting, though it probably wouldn't be strong enough for a wall mount. Two choices of shaft insertion.

Updates

13 May 17: I've added a version with a curved edge so that it can sit on the edge of round-edge surfaces. I used a radius gauge to determine that it was 19 mm or so.
