I've included the SCAD source for all models. I took the model and altered it in to give it a more organic look and to add a few details, then generated a new set of pieces (all the Alt*.stl files). If you're printing at 100% scale on a typical FDM printer, you won't see much difference. If, on the other hand, you want to make a giant set, or have a really high-resolution printer, these might work better. They'd also be better models to use if you were creating, say, a frog chess app.
