I was inspired by 3d-printy's Rolling Storage Box design and wanted to create my own variant designed to hold Magic: The Gathering Commander decks. The core is just a resized version of their original model to fit the new, larger boxes, but the individual deck boxes were designed from the ground up to both fit a large deck (100-120 cards with sleeves) with added finger holes to assist in taking the decks out.

Assembling the Hinges

The hinges have an intended internal diameter of 2mm meaning you should be able to use standard 1.75mm filament as the hinge pins. However, due to the speed I printed at, I chose to use these 1.5mm steel rods instead after cutting them to the proper length to account for the tighter tolerances.
