You can close it by pushing pin trough one of the openings to the bottom, push it little harder and then twist to lock it in bottom.
It can be used as a container for gift or just as a puzzle for solving, but person solving it could be a little disappointed if there is nothing inside. :D
This box is constructed in a way that you cannot see labyrinth while trying to solve it.
