This is a simple test print to help you dial in the proper clearance for your custom-designed threads. The red arrows point to the thread surfaces, which are negatively (removing material) offset by the value marked on the screw head and threaded hole. Mix and match different combinations to find the sweet spot that works best for your printer and filament.

A value of 0.00 means the thread is modeled with default settings from Fusion 360, with no extra offset.

I personally use a 0.05 mm offset on both the internal and external threads printed at 0.2 layer height.
