This is an extremely quick model for holding 3 bits for a standard hex driver, which I made to hold a loose set of counter-sink bits from Harbor Freight.

I deliberately made the fit tight, so you may need to file the insides down to hold your bits (depending on the tolerance and accuracy of your printer of course).
