I didn't like any of the inserts/card trays for Exploding Kittens, with the exception of [https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1957634](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1957634), which itself is a remix of [https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:854289](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:854289). But it's too small, and the tray can move around in the box.

So I first widened it a bit, and two trays fill the box now in its width but they can still move around along the other dimension. Next, I was playing with adding a "hump" to the back of the trays to anchor them in place but eventually I just went with a small lip in the front, which I think looks nicer and uses less filament.

UPDATE: Added a version for sleeved cards. You'll need two trays to hold all sleeved cards from the base edition.

Resolution: 0.3

Infill: 10%

Notes:

The tray has a tapered top of the base, and to get a smooth surface without ridges you'll need to print it at 0.1 mm resolution. I couldn't care less, so I just printed it at 0.3 mm. Or try an adaptive resolution setting in your slicer.
