My wife asked me for long time to print her a Ladybug.
As I didn't found what I'm looking for, here is my version :)
The hollow body may be used as a pen holder.
Note: I printed parts with support, 100% infill ; YMMV
Instructions
Print a wings pair in red.
Choose the body, hollow or not, and print in black.
Optionally print the eyes white. But I used polystyrene pearl...
Clip all parts together.
