I wanted a cable clip that can fit in small spaces and that can be as small or as big as I need for a specific use case. Enter the Compact Cable Clip (Parametric) ™ !

Features

• Tweak parameters in Fusion 360 to get the exact clip size you need.
• Optional screw hole that screws through the clip itself to reduce the clip's footprint.
• Due to the screw being in the center, the clip won't deform over time under the cable's weight like clips with the screw on a single side tab might do.

Customization Instructions

Change the following parameters in Fusion 360 to alter the clip to your specifications:

• internal_height (blue)
• internal_width (red)
• depth (green)
• screw_hole_diameter (top hole) to fit the head of the screw you want to use
• screw_threads_diameter (bottom hole) to fit the threads of the screw you want to use

In addition, you can suppress the last 3 features to remove the screw hole, if you want to stick the clips to a surface using double-sided tape.

Printing Instructions

• Print them sideways.
• Printing with a lower layer height might help make the holes cleaner, but it's probably not necessary.
• Use PETG if you want the clips to be more flexible. PLA is fine in most cases, too.
