I have an electric sit-to-stand desk and since it is moving around a lot, I prefer to keep the cables well-organized and attached to the desk. This was my solution. I printed 4 of these up in PETG and they work well!

The clip is designed to be springy enough to remain clipped to the desk by slightly angling the top and bottom “jaws” towards the opening. And, there are stress-relieving radiused corners. I've been using these for more than 2 years now and they're still just as attached as they ever were with no sign of wear.

My desk is 25mm thick (1 inch). Yours may be different, so I'm including the STEP file herein so you can adjust the size. Enjoy!
