Sharpening jig for hand-engraving tool based on the Lindsay Sharpener type templates [https://www.airgraver.com/sharpening.htm](https://www.airgraver.com/sharpening.htm). These can be used instead of a goniostat.

The fusion file is parametric for all sorts of things:

Graver geometry: V-angle (profile of the cut), face angle, heel angle, relief angles. Sample template is for 115 degree cut, 45 degree face, 15 degree heel.

Sharpening plane height. The sharpening plane is assumed to be higher than the plane the jig runs along. Sample template is 18mm which is three DMT 6mm diamond plates stacked together.

Stick-out: Amount of stickout of graver from face. Sample assumes 30mm.

I have inclded adaptors for the GRS tool holder, 2mm and 2.25mm graver.

There are 2 clamping alternatives (work in progress) to fix everything in place.

Added Stick-Out Gauge for completeness. Clearances work pretty well on my Ender 3 v2 such that I don't need the extra clamp screw, but adjusting these to your preference makes a big difference on how easy this is to use.

Clamp screw is m6. A bit tight on my print.
