This is a wall-hanging frame for a 100mm x 150mm lithophane image using a usb port to power 5v led tape.

there are plenty of these little usb interface boards available really cheaply online, they should click into place in the frame quite easily, but i recommend using a little glue to secure it because once the lithophane is in place it's not easy to remove it if you need to adjust something. 

Solder wires from the power connections on the board running to your led tape, stick the led tape to the inner walls of the frame, not the back, then place the lithophane over the top and gently but firmly click it into the frame. Screw-hole is positioned to hang the frame in landscape orientation, but i've included the fusion360 file so you can adjust the design to the size you need or add a screw hole to mount in portait orientation.
