I have experimented with several types of latching methods for a box lid. This snap fit is fairly solid, easy to print (no support), and reliable.

So, this box is now my basic box to start just about any custom box. It is completely parametric. You may set the dimensions to any size your printer can handle. You may edit the first sketch to have any kind and size partitions inside.

I have made several boxes with different sizes and compartments with this design. The included design is set for 60x40x20 with a single open compartment.
