UPDATE 23.6.2023: Improved empty roll backing exit hole placement

What is it ?

This is a patch tape dispenser for patches that are used with cardboard competition shooting targets, especially IPSC. I found this great model for this kind of use and decided to remix it for easier attachment of the clip and also made a slot cutout to the side to see how much of the tape is left.

Assembly

The main halves are friction fit together with some locking nubs for the cover, and the clip part is installed with 2x M3 bolts and nuts or using heat inserts like I did. You could also drill the holes bigger should you wish to use bigger hardware.

Printing it

I used black PETG for the main cover, in the third pic I used "clear" PLA. Both work very well. 
Used 0.2mm layer height for good compromise of speed and build quality.
