I have made every effort to create a useful and discrete mount and as you can see from the pics, it works :)

Please note that these mounts will only hold your unit in a horizontal position. If attached vertically the unit will slip through and fall.

First, screw or glue the two small rails to the bigger symmetrical L-shaped parts.
I used screws with a flat head, 13mm total length and thread 2,5mm. Connect the mounts with the x-lattice to ensure an accurate distance. Mark the holes on the wall with a pencil through the screw-holes if you have to drill. Type of screw for the wall depends on the wall type. The x-lattice is meant to be removed once the mounts are in place.

Match up the rails with the grooves on either side of your PS4 Slim and slide it horizontally in place :)

I printed mine in black PLA with plenty of infill for strength.
