The height-adjustable table or chair height is adjusted by turning the board. I recommend experimenting with the length and distance of the shoulders, the height parameters can change. When folding, I recommend drilling the holes for the pins, not all of them went easily.
The construction can be put together, I found out only in the end, it was a bonus for two days of intensive thinking about the design
