GPU support bracket for dual fan gpu's. (Might fit other gpu's ... not sure)

Note : JUST NOTICED - in this version of the stl file the ghosts head is slightly off the print bed so supports are needed . I will correct this soon wiith an stl that has the ghost head laying flat on the print bed. Sorry for the inconvenience ! ( work in progress )
