A cylindrical and convenient container to organize hold Brad Point Drill Bits.

Printing Recommendations:

Material: PLA for all  (but feel free to use what you want)

    Layer Height: 0.16 mm or 0.20 mm

    Nozzle: 0.4 mm  (mostly for definition of text and artwork)

    Number of Walls: 3

    Infill Density: 15%

    Top & Bottom Thickness: ~0.6 mm or 3-4 layers

    Wall Generator:  Arachne

    Order of Walls: outer/inner

    Supports: Not required

Suggested Print Orientation:

    Holder: Bottom on Build Plate

    Lid: Top on Build Plate

    Top Plate: Face on Build Plate

Use a narrow brim for the Top Plate. It will help keep it from warping, especially if you decide to use ABS or ASA.

The Top Plate should snap in to position and stay.  If not, use a small amount of CA glue to hold it in place.

No hardware is required.

You will need to paint the part in your slicer if you want the text and logo to print.

This model is for imperial/inch drill bits. If you need metric, let me know and include the bit sizes. I have no idea what a metric set of Brad Points would include.
