During designing something else i have realized that this is good simple cable clamp :)

It is fast and super easy to print. You can scale it to any size in the slicer. 

Even you can deform it to be eliptic and catch a smaller bundle of cables.

Personally i use the smallest circle model from the 3mf file.

If you do not need cable clamp, you can use it as a ring xD

On the site there are excelent regulated cable clamps, but sometimes something easy is also usefull. Print if you like :)

Printing

Print without support with PETG, PLA is not good here as the clamp must be flexible.

Scale it up to any size in the slicer. I have attached 3mf file with predefined scales. But you can deform it in any size :)

Assembly

To catch the cable first open clamp - pull one side down and the other one up, look on one of the photo. 

To close it you have 2 possibilities. 

1. Do same what you do to open it 
2. or simply press two sides against each other. It is not possible (really hard) to open it in this way because of angles.

Update

2023-04-04 I have moved all 3mf files with scaled models to folder “Not verified versions check z height” as i have not printed them self and probably need adjust in Z scaling in the slicer.

2022-04-15 Added wall mount version. You can also scalle it to any size as i do not drill hole in the model (it will be deformed if scalled). I have done this by trick in the prusa slicer, negative volume. 

You can use attached 3mf file with predefined sizes. 

If you like to do custom scale, select some of the model from 3mf file.

Then scale it, but remember to scale negative volume too, but in opposite scale side, 1/scale. E.g. if you scale it by 2x (200%) then negative volume scale by ½ (50%).
