This LCD cover is designed for RichRap's Delta 3DR but it may work with other printers changing the holder part.

UPDATE: I have added an improved version of the kill button, done by Corey, here is his remix

Instructions

No need of supports.

I printed it at 0.2mm resolution, 2 perimeters, 30% infill (honeycomb).
