An efficient insert that divides a single IKEA Kallax compartment into 4 separate shelves for CDs.

To fit standard print beds, the design is split into 4 identical quarters that are printed separately and glued together.

Print Settings (Optimized for Speed & Savings)

You need to print the identical part 4 times. Use these settings to maximize material and time savings while keeping the structure sturdy:

• Walls: 3 Wall Loops (provides all the necessary stability)

• Infill: 3% "Grid" Infill

• Top Layers: 0 (Zero top layers)

• Supports: None

Assembly

1. Print the part 4 times. (typically 2 should fit on one plate)

2. Dry-fit the pieces on a flat surface to check the alignment.

3. Use superglue (CA glue) along the joints to bond the 4 quarters into a solid grid.

4. Let it cure, slide it into your Kallax, and load your CDs!
