Modelo 3D Breadboard 830-Pin Protective PCB Base / Case por Clavet no Printables

Descrição

🍞 Breadboard 830-Pin Protective PCB Base

This case is designed to permanently stick to that factory tape of the breadboard (MB-102, 164x54x9mm). It seals the bottom, protects the contacts, and gives the breadboard a clean, rigid plastic base.

Note: Using this case means you trade off the ability to interlock multiple breadboards together side-by-side.

⚙ Print Settings & Tips

  • Orientation: Print it flat on its back (upright as modeled), exactly how it sits on the desk.

  • Perimeters & Infill: Optimized for a 0.45mm extrusion width (standard for 0.40mm nozzles in PrusaSlicer). Because the walls are designed as exact multiples of the perimeter width, there is actually no infill generated in the walls. You can set infill to 5%–10% Rectilinear just for the thin bottom layer, but it will mostly print solid.

  • Layer Height: 0.30 mm (Draft/Speed profile works perfectly).

  • Supports: No supports needed for the main body, but helper plates (brim ears) or a standard brim in the corners are highly recommended to prevent the long edges from lifting.

  • Material: PLA / PETG

  • Print Time: Around 1h 10min (Tip: I highly recommend using a slower, hotter first layer profile for bulletproof bed adhesion).

Hope it will be helpfull and Happy printing! 🖨🍀
