Sick of storing keycaps in the cheap flimsy plastic cases they come in? I was and wanted a stackable tray storage solution to keep various key profiles. Currently these only support ANSI keys and you should be able to fit most keyboard sets across two trays. Plan on adding more trays for different keycap profiles as I test them out.
Low Profile folder contains all the low profile models
Non Low Profile folder contains all the non low profile models
Note: Low Profile trays only stack with low profile trays since low profile keys are slightly larger than standard keys. Non low profile trays should all stack together.
Print settings that worked for me (Prusa MK4 Printer - printed in PLA):
profile: 0.25mm SPEED HF 0.4
infill: 15% (less is probably fine) / fill pattern: grid for base and gyroid for the cover (less warping)
print settings:
Infill -> Advanced -> Bridging Angle: 45
Advanced -> Flow -> Bridge Flow Ratio: 0.95
Speed -> Speed for print moves -> Bridges: 30
Skirt and brim -> Brim -> Brim width: 2 (this was the largest I could go for the MK4 bed size and this model)
On my printer the fit / tolerance is pretty decent with the layer lines providing some resistance in the stack.
