The enclosure is made using annodized aluminium with two different surface finishes. The top-most cover is the natural finish of aluminium with a smooth texture. The whole bottom enclosure is coated with sky-blue color via a chemical process.

The whole enclosure weighs very little but is very sturdy. All the dimensions are correct to 0.05mm. Additional holes are added for a magnetic pogo pin connector, buzzer, switch, and screws.

With this dimension, a snug fit is ensured without the need of screw. The design is such that all the parts complement each other. I have added the fusion files and JLC link to this post.
