Hi everyone! I designed this simple, modular playmat for our D&D sessions and decided to share it. Sometimes you don't need hyper-realistic 3D terrain – you just need a quick, functional grid to visualize the encounter and figure out positioning. That's exactly what this is for.

The set includes various grid shapes that you can easily place together to build rooms or corridors on the fly. I also included a custom box with a lid so you can store all the pieces neatly when the campaign is on pause.

• Scalable: The default square size is 14x14mm. However, you can easily scale the models up in your slicer to fit the standard 1-inch (25.4mm) D&D scale, or any other size you prefer!

Printing Tips:

• Material: PLA or PETG works great.

• Layer height: 0.2mm is perfectly fine and keeps the print time reasonable.

• Supports: None needed! All parts print completely support-free.

• Multi-color on a single-color printer: The models are practically made for this! Just add a pause and filament swap in your slicer at the layer where the raised squares begin. For example, you can print the flat base in white and swap to black filament for the top layers to make the grid really stand out.
