Overview

This is an under-shelf lighting module designed for the Modular Racking System.

The module mounts using the lower holes in the rack beams and is designed around standard aluminum LED diffuser channels to create clean integrated shelf lighting.

It also incorporates XT30 connectors, allowing shelves to be easily daisy chained together for power distribution while keeping wiring neat and modular.

The result is a clean industrial-style lighting setup that looks great and expands naturally with the rack system.

Wiring & Assembly Notes

The system was designed around:

• Standard aluminum LED diffuser channels

• XT30 connectors

The wiring box includes cutouts on both sides for XT30 connectors.

To assemble:

1. Install the XT30 connectors into the side cutouts

2. Add a small dab of super glue if desired for permanent retention

3. Solder wiring connections

4. Install the wiring box cover

The cover secures using:

• M2 plastic screws

This creates a very clean finished appearance while still allowing service access if needed.

Printing Notes

• PLA or PETG both work well

• PETG recommended near warmer LED setups

• No supports required

• 0.4mm nozzle recommended
