This is a small Joint for a side table made with 2x2's and some scrap metal. It's very stable and holds weight of at least 250lbs (Maximum I tested). Personally I sunk the model slightly into the build plate to minimize the need for supports but a well tuned printer should be able to print with no supports. I cut my 2x2's to 24.5 inches and an angled cut on the end. depending on the dimensional accuracy of the lumber the model may need to be scaled up or down.
